To fulfill our contractual obligations to customers and/or members, you must provide us personal information:

  • To verify your identity.
  • To enable you to purchase services from us.

Failure to provide the required information may mean that we cannot fulfill this contract and may mean that you will not have access to our services

  • The payments that you make to us
  • Third-parties in relation to our services that we provide

  • Monitor examination/assessment performance

We will not share the information that you give us to anyone else unless you book onto our Mastering Financial Planning Skills Course.

Additional Course-specific data sharing for Mastering Financial Planning Skills Course:

If you enrol on our 'Mastering Financial Planning Skills' course, your name and email address will be shared with Emma Boardwell at Emotional Finance. 


This is necessary so that Emma Boardwell can contact you directly to arrange and provide the complimentary coaching session included as part of this course. It also allows Lockie Consultants and Emotional Finance to ensure that only those who have enrolled on the 'Mastering Financial Planning Skills' course are those who book for the coaching session with Emma Boardwell.


The legal basis for sharing this information is a contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as the provision of this coaching session is part of the course service you are purchasing.


Emotional Finance will process your data strictly in line with their own privacy policy, which can be seen here.

If you do not want your name and email address sent to Emotional Finance, please notify us at the time of booking.

Additional Course-specific data sharing for CFP/CISI L7 Courses: 

If you enrol on one of our courses to help you pass your Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) level 7 case study to become a CFP professional in the UK, your name will be shared with CISI in order for us to prove our continual track record of success and main our Premier Training Partner status with them.  CISI will already have all your full details as you will have provided those upon purchase of your case study.  We will only confirm your name to CISI along with your result when you pass, to enable them to verify our success rates.

The legal basis for sharing this information is a contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
